On January 11, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the purchase of additional shares of
Thiensurat Leasing Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. The subsidiary resolved to increase its
registered capital from 100,000,000 baht to 500,000,000 baht.
On February 10, 2023, the Company changed its paid-up capital from 549,411,233 baht to 549,417,133
baht from the exercise of the right to purchase ordinary shares according to warrants (SBNEXT-W2) on
January 31, 2023.
On March 3, 2023, Smart Connect Tech Company Limited was registered to operate a platform
development business supporting the management of burglar alarm systems, automatic entry-exit systems,
CCTV systems, security products, and IOT devices related to office, factory, and residential management.
The registered capital is 5 million baht, of which the Company holds 51 percent, totaling 2.55 million
baht. Smart Connect Tech Company Limited is a subsidiary of the Company.
On April 26, 2023, the Company changed its registered name at the Department of Business
Development, Ministry of Commerce, from Thiensurat Public Company Limited to Sabuy Connect Tech Public
Company Limited. On May 9, 2023, the Stock Exchange of Thailand announced the change of the company’s name
and securities trading symbol from Thiensurat Public Company Limited “TSR” to Sabuy Connect Tech Public
Company Limited “SBNEXT”.
On May 9, 2023, Sabuy Connect Tech Public Company Limited changed the company’s website from https://www.tsrplc.com to https://www.sabuyconnext.com
On May 15, 2023, Sabuy Connect Tech Public Company Limited changed the company’s email from @
tsrplc.com to @ sabuyconnext.com
On June 2, 2023, the Company changed its paid-up capital from 549,417,133 baht to 604,358,518 baht
from the payment of dividends on May 23, 2023.
On June 2, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the purchase of ordinary shares of Sun Vending
Technology Public Company Limited “SVT”, not exceeding 70,000,000 shares, worth not more than 266,000,000
baht, and approved the establishment of a new company, Vending Connect Tech Company Limited, to support
the vending machine business.
On August 15, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the purchase of shares of Vending Plus Company
Limited “VDP” from retail shareholders of Sabuy Connect Tech Public Company Limited, not exceeding 255,000
shares or 8.50 percent of the registered capital. The Board also acknowledged the preliminary
restructuring plan of the Sabuy group, which consists of Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited, Plus
Tech Innovation Public Company Limited, and Sabuy Connect Tech Public Company Limited.
The Company has added a new product lineup to meet the diverse needs of customers. In addition, the
Company has also added new sales channels, including modern trade, dealers, corporate customers, online
channels on all platforms, and the opening of 1,210 Baan Krong Sabuy shops to sell a full range of
products and spare parts. This is to increase the opportunity to reach customers according to the target
group. In addition to the drinking water filter and water purifier product groups, which are the Company’s
core businesses, the Company has also added counter-top hot and cold water dispensers, coin-operated
alkaline drinking water dispensers, air purifiers, water heaters, and water boilers.
